Persistent Timeout errors after June update

While attempting to select a character, either from a fresh POL login or just switching inbetween characters, it always stops on "Disconnecting from lobby server." and does a FFXI-3113 "Protocol time out error", when trying again, it gives me a POL-0006 "Network is busy or there are connection problems. Please try again later etc etc" It repeats this process for a random amount of attempts until it successfully switches from Lobby to Game server.

I've tried using a different hub and alternating ports in my router and/or locations utilizing different cables. Any ideas? Never had this problem before the recent update.

I had the same problem on my ps2 the other day, thought it was just me. D:!

No, it doesn't. It does mean though that it was most likely due to SE's servers or the update, which means we most likely can't fix it. ;x
