I probably would have some had I not stopped playing so many months ago.

I think some of the most drama saturated events were with the Ping Pong KB between us and that JP LS (nergal?) that wiped on the pull and kept trying to steal him from us. Hunter of Legend lol.

Oh and there was a time that same LS had their tank run in a circle around nid causing it to flail and hit all the people (Thirteen LS I believe) next to it spamming claim abilities to grab it in case it went yellow.

Damn I dont know wtf happened to this thread. As far as I myself know this is not a hoax. I wouldn't have given Stocky any gil if I had any suspicion it was some attempt to create drama. It was stupid that the computer hadn't been formatted so the second hack could be avoided but what's done is done. I dunno anything about the legal actions but if this guy can be caught if only for writing trojans (assuming he even wrote it himself) then go on and fine him or jail him or whatever.
I'll just wait to see what happens cos I did my part in getting the friendcode and thats all that I can do.
I did however recreate Stocky's char as my mule. So yes Stocky from now on you are officially my bish! :D

I might have missed it..... but I see alot of people from phoenix posting about how they gave him gil to get back on his feet, but I thought the character got transferred to another server?


Also... bumped into a friend from legal department here at work. She said that you personally wouldn't be able to pursue any criminal matters against the other user in the united states. As they per-say .... didn't steal anything from you because you do not legally own any of the materials that was stolen (Gil, Items all belong to SE). However legal proceedings could be tried in the matter of theft of your personal password, in which she recommended to take the whole PC to the police so they can find the data that was actually stolen and the programs that were used to obtain the information.

She also noted, that because this would be considered a "international civil feud" it would have to be done in one of the higher US courts (Supreme Court usually) but it would be more than likely they would just toss it out as a "waste of time"

Izzy, i can compensate easily back what Stocky lost in the second hack, besides i am still keeping the gil from pookiepoo which i didn`t collected from the delivery box so after i talked with PoL they mentioned that it can be a proof. i have a cursed fng. gauntlets -1 for sale which i am going to give the money to "His Friends" (Which are mine as well) who helped Stocky gather the money.

Apart from that for convincing Stocky to come back in the game i am making him some money- and will buy some equip back to him. That is why i am logged in Kujata as him.

And still if you think this is hoax- how sadist-mazochist we would be to spend the whole 3-4 days to cancel and change pass of CCs and DCs, talking to POL hours on the phone and in webchat- learning about our legal rights here and there. Can you tell me that ?

Well I personally dont know how your country works with police investigations. However, in the united states when detectives come to your house to investigate something it means there was a 1.1 or Incident Report made to warrant the actual investigation. Now if there was one written, you should have a copy of it..... why not scan it, and post it? Incident reports are public information (except sexual crimes) so... why not just post that and it will confirm you are talking to police?
