Wow Jens, your defence really needs work, you havent considered the fact that its only been around a month since Server Transfer came into effect? To my knowledge it was 6 months ago i helped Riverwind complete most of the early CoP missions... So, how could he have transferred the character on Odin to Phoenix in that time~?

Now your FFXIAH "background checking" bullshit... hmm... 6 matches for Riverwind, two being Odin and Phoenix, woo~!?
This is the last entry of Riverwind on Phoenix:

Ok, so theres SLIGHT sense in what your saying about server transfer, but was RivefeiBettywhoever really so forward thinking as to suspend all activity a good 4~5 months before Server Transfer~? ~_^

Last time i used the POL search it had a LOT more options, ORZ... moving on.
Riverwind is on my friends list, His profile was last updated December 2006~ I knew him previous to that. I have never seen him log on anywhere other than Phoenix, I know his mules, and i know for certain he is from Turkey, and still lives in turkey, which from your IP posted, is a far cry from "He is a comcast subscriber living in Chicago, Illinois." Never heard of that place in Turkey~ Have you?

If your "revenge" was extended only to Stocky, why are you now twisting this onto Riverwind?
Im going to call what your doing a form of "Rivrolling"

--Part 2 Of Sockyboy and Man.

Stocky is a nice kid, a bit brash, a touch of an asshole (Sounds like his kinda thing too~!) If he has botted, then fine, he has played with fire and got burned. That is fair enough~ If a latent keylogger found its way onto his system then that is too bad. I hope the lesson is learnt (When you read this stocky, dont take it the wrong way @_@ Doing this post in the most mature and non-bish way i could be.)
I know that he hasnt used any programs of late, and i trust him enough to take his word for it.

--Part 3: The part where i waffle on some more.

Regarding Police actions, from my line of work, i deal with the Police often, go go Insurance~! The reference for a case is allowed to be shared with third parties, but only advisable to share it with ones that you feel need know of it.

Now, if Stocky posted the case ref on here, Lil Ole Izzy could phone that constabulary and give that reference and try to get some juicy details~! But he wont get far unless he is an appointed representative of the Claimant, or Defendant.

I know some of you call for proof that they have notified the police via at least a reference. To be honest i would like to see it since I know the structure of most basic police LOG / Incident numbers, and could probably validate its feasability.
But Im respecting that Stocky doesnt want to reveal it, And i know for sure Riverwind doesnt have it. Ive tried every trick i know to get him to tell me D:

One thing i would suggest to you, Stocky and Riverwind is to not discuss any of the police involvment on here, its causing uneeded ballache towards you two lol

Pretend you were Taj and say you would break their game anymore? ~_^ As far as i know matey, all companys, MUST, keep a full record of all clients, transactions etc for a certain period of time. And your little "binding contract" wont be so binding after a court order, Warrent etc?

My first Social LS ever was Chobits 1 year and 5-6 months ago.
Then i used to log in both when Stocky invited me to Roguecompany about 1 year and 2 months ago.
Then ReddwarfEU after the shell is broken (Roguecompany)
My friends (Maclax and Caclax) invited me to Thirteen, and i was there with them, couldn't match with their playtimes mostly so when they had to leave- i left as well
I was in FantasyFriends LS right after that- and got into Graveyardshift ls for my friends Mac and Cac again.

I am still in these LSs.
If anyone really interested to see me now, i can log on the server.
