Izzy. I don't know you but you seem to have a disliking for Stocky which is fine. I'm sure you're not the only one. I can assure you this is not fabricated. I've known Stocky for quite some time and one thing he would never do is fuck over his friends. I can't give any proof for this however. I don't know anything about the legal proceedings but I hope something can in fact be done. I think my local authorities would laugh at me if I told them a story like this but that might just be me being jaded.

Sure, they could have obtained your CC details, but they either didn't or haven't used them. You've also wiped the HD to remove evidence. (yes it could probably be recovered, but that's even more expense)

Do you really think the CPS would justify that as a legitimate expense to use taxpayers' money on?
