JP Character Help

There is a face a Chinese person in my LS does (he types in JP alot to communicate) and it is like this:

<^>(-_-; like someone sticking their middle finger up. Only, his hand is a block and it looks much better than the <^>. It looks like this:

Sig explained = it's the Perry Bible Fellowship. It was in Maxim a few times, the artist is Nicholas Gurewich (sp?), a Syracuse alum. You can find the site pretty easily if you Google it - it tends to be absurd and ironic like that but a couple of the strips are pretty hilarious.
