Kindof kills it for me.
Snoop probably done more harm to the ozone than CFC's. Anywho, I can't pledge public transportation/carpooling because I live 3 minutes from work. I drive a low emission honda anyway. Other than that, I always shut off all my lights, not because im trying to save the earth, but because im broke as hell and $400 utility bills suck. I have no damn idea what CFL lightbulbs are, my rails take halogen. And all my appliance are energy star! Go me.

I used these at home before I moved out. They are kinda funky looking, but they last long and do the job pretty well. Just don't break em, they contain mercury.Originally Posted by MF Perm

I'll take the fraction of delay in return for a chunk off my energy bill every month![]()
I chuckled at this:
"Bob Geldof, who organized the Live Aid and Live 8 anti-poverty concerts, thought Gore's energies were misplaced.
"I hope they're a success," Geldof said. "But why is he (Gore) actually organizing them? To make us aware of the greenhouse effect? Everybody's known about that problem for years. We are all ... conscious of global warming."
Other critics say that Live Earth lacks achievable goals, and that jet-setting rock stars whose amplifier stacks chew through power may send mixed messages about energy conservation."
Does anyone notice that one volcanic eruption produces more pollution in the air than our entire civilization has... but we're destroying the ozone.... moving on.
I just saw the most pathetic Rolling stones cover ever. The guy completly failed to match Mick Jaggers live performance at all.

Global Warming will never be solved because there's too much free publicity involved.
