I made a thread in the tech help forums about getting the 1155 error for the new POL update.

Anyway, I'm currently trying to get someone who completed the update to send me their PlayOnline folder so I can overlap it and ditch the update process.

A friend of mine was going to do it with AIM, but after he went to sleep the download canceled by itself when it was 60%ish done(was really slow too). There is a quicker way: use a website like http://rapidshare.com/ to host the file download. I would suggest a zip as well.

It seems like a really easy thing to do, so I'm going to ask here for quicker results.

I suspect you only need the PlayOnlineViewer folder rather than the PlayOnline folder. Sending < 300mb would be much easier than sending 7-8gb.

Might want to tell people whether you want NA/EU/JP version also.

After dealing with tech issue after tech issue, everything seems back to normal. All over a god damn POL update that didn't even add any new features!

(Yeah, I meant PlayOnlineViewer folder).
