It could be a trick of perspective. That and maybe the Tarutarus built something to their scale meaning that the structures are smaller than they look.

The river is too wide, and gustaberg is essentially a desert with little vegetation. (The screenshots of gustaberg in the video showed it in essentially the same condition that it is in now.)

Those ochu-looking dudes better be called Grats, only because I loved the Balamb Garden training thingy (FF8) for some reason.

Also, I agree with the river being wide, but the Gustaberg pictures were of north or south? 1 side still being somewhat natural could make sense. (Maybe the Quadav kept it that way?) I'm still thinking it's somewhere in Tavnazia, particularly the section of Lufaise I mentioned earlier.
