Heh this person if possible is an even worse BRD than SMN. Didn't think you could suck at BRD but apparently you can. Exp'd with them several times recently when I was levelling Nin and they insisted on having 2 SMNs in the PT at level 55 as they swore blind that it is the best DD at that level. Hmmm Rampage or Meteorite? Unless this person has some sort of Super Powered Carby that no one else does I'll take the Rampage any day >.> Needless to say when the PT went from NIN WAR WAR RNG RDM BRD on Colibri to NIN WAR SMN SMN BRD RDM, I left.

to the op: out of curiosity, is this a new hnmls to cerberus or an existing one? if new, what kind of hnmls is it? (this can be simplified to 'bot' and 'no bot')

Yes, my LS (Resurgence) is a new HNMLS. No, we're not camping kings against Progeny/WW at the moment, as we're small and trying to stay on peaceful terms with them. The future is an uncertain thing, however.

Kinda necro, I know. Apparently Kyofha is telling people that our LS (Eminence) hacked his and a friends accuonts, stole their LS treasury, and then worldshifted them.


Yet, they still have their gear when they transferred. And we spent $40 ($50?) out of our own pockets to move them to another server, rather than changing their logins or something.

I don't know much stuff but pretty much heard the same rumors as Vandyr.
I heard he stole his LS bank before he left ( go check ffxiah.com under Sorite ) and you see he sold some expensive items on Lakshmi. I also heard he told people he got hacked, yet he have full gem, cursed kaiser gear etc and live a happy life on Cerberus. I don't even know this is true but I actually heard this from his 'best' friend. And I heard people also followed him to Cerberus to get their gear/gil back. Some person named kanaan ( sp ) left I think because of 90% of Sorites HQ gear is Kanaan's gear I heard. When I said left, he quit game because he got tired that he got fucked up and actually had to pay 25 bucks to get his things back or tried at least.

No, Tiddus is in fact Sorite's brother. I know this quite well given that I was in the same LS as Tiddus for almost a year and a half and was one of his best friends in-game. Tiddus quit FFXI, and either Sorite jacked his character (wouldn't surprise me), or was given it (would surprise me).

Sorite is an OK guys as far as I am concerned. He is not a bad player but alot of quesstions surround him. Descrepancies about gilbuying etc. I used to be a sack in an LS with him long ago. He seemed to get flustered easily but not a BAD player.

It is, in fact, the same one. After I found out about this guy's shaded past, I sent tells to a Progeny sack, but it seems they're giving him a chance anyway (oh well, what can you do?). He just got a Hauteclaire from them as well, as it dropped and none of their normal PLDs were on to claim it otherwise.

Sorite is an OK guys as far as I am concerned. He is not a bad player but alot of quesstions surround him. Descrepancies about gilbuying etc. I used to be a sack in an LS with him long ago. He seemed to get flustered easily but not a BAD player.

Who gives a fuck if he's a bad player or not, he just migrated servers with a shit ton of gear that wasn't his.

The way I see it, there are two possibilities:

Either 1) He got hacked, and the hacker migrated with all of the gear that doesn't belong to him, or 2) He stole the gear and migrated with all of the gear that doesn't belong to him. There simply aren't other possibilities, and my question is, who would want either of these people in their linkshell?
