Quick question, does anyone know any backstory to Eldieme Necropolis? It's always been an area I've been interested in, if not here's hoping the expansion explains it.

Is there any way to find out who does the storyline writing for FFXI? I remember seeing somewhere that Masato Kato(the guy who did Chrono Trigger) worked on it a bit during pre-RoTZ. If he is still working on it, hopefully it will be as awesome as the story in CT. Then again, it is the CoP team working on this, so it will probably have a nice storyline anyway.

They said it would contain about the same number of areas pre-zilart FFXI, which can be taken either way but I think it's safe to say it's not just pre-zilart FFXI rehashed. Maybe some CoP rehash and Zilart rehash too!

<3 CoP, especially the end. I hope they put as much into the new expansion as they did with CoP. I kind of like TOAU but it was 'meh' with it all being Cutscenes. I mean...good story is fun, but I enjoyed the BCs in CoP as much as the Story >.>

I'm pretty sure that's the mass burial place for those who died during the crystal war era.
