and oh ya, ive lost alot of weight too since august, i weighed 233 at the start, and now i weight 210 and most of it is muscle weight, what i do a shitton of weightlifting on one day, then the next i started out walking a mile, then after like a month jogged the mile, and now im easily running the mile so just basically cardio and weightlifting alternative days, and i take a supplement called NO-Xplode (taking naNO Vapor now) which both work well
