    New PC boot problems

I just built up a new PC, AMD Athlon X2 4400+, ECS Nvidia GeForce6100SM-M motherboard, 512mb DDR2 800 RAM, and a GeForce FX5200. Not top of the line but it works, and it should all work together, but whenever I go to boot up my PC it goes until it would usually show the windows screen, where it flashes up a blue screen and quickly reboots. I'm running Windows Server 2003, and I think it might not be compatible w/ the new hardware. The hard drive was taken out of this old Dell Optiplex, so that could be a problem too. I used a Windows XP disc that my sister had and I could choose to boot from CD and it started to work, but I don't have a registry key to install it so I don't have another operating system to use.

Try booting into safemode and disable restart after error
