There is no sign of a skull in that head, either it isn't real, or that guy has no bones.

When the kid lands, you can hit stop to stop the gif, you'll see the top of the head inflate and distort, then when it pops, theres no bones, not really any sign of the blood that would be there, and the "skin" flies over to the side, completely disconnected.
