As long as we're on the topic of forum requests, PLEASE fix the issue when you quote/reply to a post (usually when I do so in a new tab/window), the reply form comes up and a few seconds later it refocuses the page. e.g. if you start typing immediately and you're already halfway through your sentence when it happens, it'll bump focus out of the form and you'll have to click back inside it to continue. Or, if you open the reply form in another browser window/tab, or if you ALT+TAB from it immediately when the form appears, then a few seconds later it'll force you back to the page when it refocuses.

That little problem bugs me even more than off-site links not opening automatically in a new window/tab anymore.

When I'm not logged in, I don't have this problem (there is a link down there) but when I'm logged in I have the same problem. I guess it's a "skins" thing, but I never adjusted the default.
