    Absolutely, sorry I misunderstood your point before. Haste gives the same % improvement whatever your weapons, as do accuracy, attack and DEX.

    STR is better with lower damage weapons: 1 fSTR increases Unji/Perdu damage by 3.1%, Senji by 2.6%.

    Dual Wield is better with fast weapons like katanas and daggers because even though the TP floor is gone, very fast weapons still get higher TP/sec. But all katanas are fast enough to get this TP bonus. In fact:

    Senji+Perdu = average delay 208
    * w/DW4+Suppa: 208*0.65 -> 135 - 4.6 TP/hit, 2.04 TP/sec
    * w/DW4+Suppa+AF: 208*0.6 -> 124 (8.9% faster) - 4.5 TP/hit, 2.18 TP/sec, 6.5% higher
    Unji+Perdu = average delay 195
    * w/DW4+Suppa: 126 - 4.5 TP/hit, 2.14 TP/sec
    * w/DW4+Suppa+AF: 117 (7.7% faster) - 4.4 TP/hit, 2.26 TP/sec, 5.3% higher

    If my calculations are accurate, Senji actually benefits more from AF body because the delays are so close that truncation error makes a difference: 60% of 208 is 124.8, truncated to 124, while 60% of 195 is 117 exactly.

    The Senj benefits comparatively more than the Unji, in that the Unji/Perdu is still going to have the lowest total delay therefore the faster combination, but the gains from haste comparatively favor the Senj/Perdu combo. I just think at some point they come so close to each other that it becomes impossible to judge the difference between two non-haste related pieces of gear (in this case C. Chain and P. Charm) and may even become impossible to judge the difference between two haste related pieces (Ninja Chainmail and Haubergeon or Koga Chainmail) in practice, rather than theory.
