Did you misread that part there as "Im one of those people who chose" as opposed to a general "those people" referring to some like an LS mate I had that was just tired of looking at the hair he had chosen since it was basically the default one for hume males it seemed.

Yeah, you're right, just throw away Rank 10, CoP Completion, AN, Merits, R/E Gears, Linkshells, Crafting, etc...

That would totally be better than having an option somehow, even if just once, to remake a one time choice about your character you've invested a huge amount of time in.
