This topic is about Dexter! Season 2 starting off pretty well I must say

:OOO It started already? I thought it began in September for some reason; anyway, yes, I am really excited for season 2. Dexter is one of the few shows in the last decade that could hold my interest for an entire season d('-'*).

Oh man. I love this show, and everyone that I've recommended it to has loved it also. The shittiest thing happened to me concerning the season one finale, though. I didn't get to see it for a while after it originally aired because I had a friend in town that week and I got distracted. Later, when I was watching TV with my friend, the fucking TV guide channel spoiled the last episode. It gave a full-on summary of every detail that was supposed to wrap up the cliffhangers in the previous ep. I was so upset I wanted to light TV guide HQ on fire and sodomize whoever was responsible for that ad spot. I thought their job was to promote shows and movies with teaser clips/trailers and behind-the-scenes interviews and shit. I just never thought they would reveal the whole plot of the last episode. Doesn't seem to me like it would encourage people to watch the series.

Think of how glorious that red water will look in HD. The way it will just seem to slather the screen. Trust me, it will be worth the wait and I will be waiting as well. mmmmmm red water.........

Season 2 airs this Sunday. I just finished watching the S1 DVD's and holy shit, what an awesome show. It's a shame that I can't get Showtime, I'm going to feel bad about torrenting a show this great.

I just finished watching the S1 DVD's and holy shit, what an awesome show.

I did the same thing. Took me about a day and a half to watch it all from start to finish, but it made those late window HNM pops go by alot faster.

Sucks that I'll probably end up not seeing season 2 til those DVDs are though D: (I don't use Torrents, plus I like being able to watch them all in a row so things are still fresh in my mind.)

Last nights episode was good. Although still an awesome show, season 2 seems to be a tad slower than the first season. The season 2 plot should make up for it though. :D
