Quick FFXII question.

So let's say I max out the entire lisence board before I got more than 2 espers, does that mean I cannot get any more espers or can I overwrite something?

Esper spawn in new slot as you get them, you can't overwrite them.

I mean what if I fill my board completely and go get an esper, will the esper overwrite something or make a new spot completely?

Each Esper has his own slot on the grid..once you teach him to one of the characters, that slot disappears for the rest of the characters' grids, making it impossible to touch (the node completely disappears from their grid as if its missing a square there.)

Awesome, I love the way summons look in FFXII, too bad they're useless lol

Summons are about as useful as barefisting. By the time you can reach the licensce tiles, you could have just got a few overpowered weapos and oneshotted the first half of the story.
