JP PT Only

Nothing to say about exp pt, but anybody else have bad experiences with JPs stealing BCNM/ENM/assault drops? Not talking about miscommunication/mislotting, talking about quarter mastering, D2ing, ninja lotting, booting people from pt, etc. getting the drops than logging off. I usually try to avoid non-english players for that type of stuff, and have rarely done any drop including activities with JP, but the majority of the time one has had the opportunity to steal items, they have from my groups.

Whenever something like this happens with an NA player, GM will usually jail the culprit and do something about it(at least in the past year or so), but every time a JP has done something nearly identical, I get "GMs don't get involved in lotting disputes."

I never have a problem with JP invites though.. in a JP/NA HNMLS as well.

Well, dont forget you always have the JPs who have BLM, but dont really give a shit about gearing it. They only care about their main jobs. When you are in an alliance, and you do 400 dmg less than an uber blm, you can always nuke again and not have to spend so much money on gear xD

Whenever I do assaults with a JP group they never get the item appraised so either they don't care or just wait for me to give up and leave. I really don't care because I play maybe once a week now but I have never had a JP assault PT get an item appraised lol.

Maybe its just from being on a server with a high JP population, but I've never had any problems with JP Onry, and have quite a few really good JP friends I jabber with all the time, amazing what emotes, autotranslate creativity, and smidges of language can get across.

Have had that delicious chance when I got invited to a party, was almost to camp, asked for invite and got "Sorry, JP Only" and ignored.

A good while later got invite from same guy, and never was "So solly, NA PT Onry" more satisfying to type.

It's pretty rare to see a bunch of JP Only seacoms these days on Carby anyway.

I was seeking on Bard today for several hours during JP prime time, as lv52, just about lv53. A few parties formed around me, bardless, because there were JP people on who could fit the mage roles (Example: RDM BLM WHM parties). Remora's a shithole, yes, but I don't remember the JPs being this bad. I never ended up getting an invite, which I suppose was ok because I got a Khroma Ore while mining during that seeking time.

Any of you who know JP, can you type out and post, or reply in PM, with the "Nice to meet you" thing that JPs all have in their comments:

I've had a couple good JP parties but they only ever invite you on Remora if they "need" you.

The second one says "Onegai kudasai" which basically means please invite me and thanks. The third one says "yoroshiku onegaishimasu", which is similar but more along the lines of thank you very much.

When I wanted to party in JP prime time, I just used IME to type INTO Japanese "I'm sorry, I don't speak Japanese," and I'd get invites all the time... But getting a JP into my parties was an entirely different ordeal.
