Another Router Problem

K where to begin. Just re-activated 2 accounts that have been inactive for over 9 months, both played fine until one (mine) started D/Cing at zones, until now this was just a minor annoyance until i get FFXI Error-3001 message when trying to log back on, turns out im stuck between a zone... I ask a GM, he refers me to tech support yada yada yada

Turns out to be my router apparently, its an EtherFast Cable/DSL Router 4 Ports (if that helps), i need to open TCP25 80 110 443 & 50000 - 65535 & UDP 50000 - 65535 according to the tech support guy.

Im not even gona pretend to know shit about routers or any of this so anyone who can give me a step-by-step guide to accomplishing this will have my eternal gratitude lol.
