I swear I led one of the oldest and best Dynamis Shells on Ifrit for a year. Maybe I'm mistaken. We only killed DL like 7 times in a few months, which until recently was more then the top 3 HNM shells' combined.

-Was SN the greatest thing I have ever done? No. Was it mainly a sky shell to help people advance from noob status? Yes.
-Keston always follows orders if needed. He led a sky LS that was full of beginners, it wasn't designed to be a 6 man 2x Kraken DRK and Ridill WAR burn vs. some god. You are mixing apples and oranges here. It was designed to allow people to make the leap from noob to more experienced.

No where in my above post did I make Keston look like a "god". I told the truth about the last year or two on Ifrit, and somehow that translates into my worship of him. You don't listen.

You fail to see that no where has Keston revered himself as some uber player, that job is left to you, since you have referenced your own ability several times in this thread. Again, in case you missed the memo, Missions aren't hard. Beating some Missions and Quests and LBs for people isn't anything to be proud of.

lol... It's my limbus shell. We just did Temenos together on Thurs. Man, this just shows how much you pay attention. 3 or so of the people in the section you were talking about run in the shell. The main people to bash Keston all run in the shell. This whole quote shows just how much of a moron you are since you obviously don't even realize who is in the Limbus group and that you just ran a raid with at least 3 of those people.

So we agree. Keston is an asshole. Everyone else's posts talk about Keston leading a Sky shell and it was so great. Maybe you should read the other posts from people saying he is a great player. Keston himself is attempting to imply how he lead people and did so much in game, when all he did was kill some Sky gods and do some Missions/LBs for ppl. It's called reading between the lines to find out what someone is implying. Try reading my posts and finding out exactly why I don't like him and why I think he is a loser.

Both Keston and Airenn were among the Sky event leaders in our LS. (In other words, they helped coordinate which mobs we fought, how we fought them, and which people went to which mob, among other things.) One day during a Sky run, I found out that Keston had blacklisted Air because of what happened at Onzozo with Ose. Several of us tried to get him to take her off of the blist, and I believe the reasons should be obvious; leaders not speaking to each other is a recipe for disaster in terms of trying to get anything done. But he stubbornly refused to, even though Airenn was willing to apologize (and, as I later learned, attempted to do so through mules) in order to resolve this problem so the LS wouldn't be burdened. It was really stupid to be forced to relay Air's messages in linkshell chat when all he had to do was tolerate and attempt to have a "business relationship" with her in order for everything to run smoothly. I think it's telling that he was willing to undermine the linkshell just to satisfy some personal vendetta he had against a person, or because of pride or whatnot. He was being far too inflexible and unwilling to compromise, which I believe are key traits that any leader (heck, any decent player) of the game should have, or strive to have.

I can't speak to the other charges against Keston, because I've honestly forgotten most of the stuff that happened in the LS a few years ago... however, I still clearly remember this incident, even years later.

The reason you remember it, as well as many others Garrin, is because of the HUGE STINK Airenn made, and how she carried ON and ON, repeatedly, to EVERYONE about how I wouldn't speak to her. I suppose none of you realized what she was doing, creating a huge drama situation in order to have everyone sympathize and "plead" on her behalf. Undermine the linkshell you say? Funny you say that was me, when the main problem came from Airenn's stirring it up to create an issue. And from all that I have ever seen of Airenn's postings on boards etc toward me since then as you see even here, gives me no regret that I kept her there. Personal vendetta you say? Harboring hatred and malice for 3 years because I blacklisted them? Vendetta indeed. The last time I hated someone that passionately, was for shooting/killing one of my friends irl.

Also, I do happen to think he still sucks on more than a couple jobs, have heard stories of his other job, and I think instead of leveling every job to 75, he should take some time to actually pratice, and dedicate severe time, gil, items, merits to at least a few.

In case you haven't read the post regarding my merits earlier on in the thread, contrary to the claims made in this quote. Berating me not only out of spite, but also ignorance to anything about my jobs or what I have merited or put into them.

Qualities of a leader you say? No, I do not think its OK to be uncivil and then say "sorry, I have an anger management problem". Guess what, if you have an "anger management issue", I'm probably going to see that uncivil behavior repeat itself. And I've heard of the tantrums she still throws. That, I have no desire to "have a business relationship with". If being nasty and cursing at others is something I will not tolerate, thats my choice. If a person being nasty and cursing has put them on someone's blacklist, this is the consequence of THIER actions. At some point, they should deal with that and stop blaming the victim of their assault.

I can imagine I'm on the blist of quite a few, who apparently claim I'm the bane of their existence. In 4 years, haven't complained once. Why? Doesn't matter to me. I carry on with my game/life, and it doesn't bother me in the slightest if xyz person would rather not interact. Its their choice to make, that is the reason the blist function exists. If I don't/cant see what they have to say, I can't very well be bothered/infuriated by, or instigated to respond to it. They pay their monthly fee, same as I do. It solves more problems than it creates... that is... unless a person so determined for that attention, makes a stink about being ignored. /hint.

ok, first off, i was in supanova. it was an OK sky shell. we only killed byakko twice, and simurge ONCE. we had some good players in sn. the shell started to break after we wiped to seiryu. At least thats what it looks like to me.people started to come less and less to events. People quit the ls. When keston quit, the ls broke.

We spectators have been too busy laughing at the premise of this thread to respond, honestly. Keston, nobody cares that you can mobilize an army of people to say "Yeah, he's an ok guy". Nobody's really surprised either, to me it's fairly obvious that someone who has a history of leading LSs would be able to dig up a bunch of people who support or have supported them. What has been insightful has been reading your own posts here. From those posts, I've gleaned that you are, in fact, a stuck-up asshole, albeit one who is admirably articulate.
