It has been stated through some research that all human beings are innately bisexual, but through their development they tend to sway towards heterosexuality or homosexuality, and in some cases they remain open to both.

I don't personaly belive that all humans are naturaly bisexual because i haven't seen enough proof of the fact, and not to mention that i would be bias to the idea of all people being bisexual, for obvious reasons.

Yeah thats a good question. Also what do you mean by homosexual tendencies? Just really effeminate or what? And to Cheerios, theres a difference between Nirokun gay and normal gay. Or should I say flamboyant gay and sexual preference gay.

Anywho, personally i don't think i fit in the 'stereotypical gay' category.

It's like any group of people, there are subcultures, the reason everyone thinks all gays are flamboyant is because the rest of us don't flaunt(sp) it.

I've never understood hatred for gay people, unless we are having sex right infront of you, whats the big deal?
I don't think i have ever heard of a gay person beating the shit out of a strait person just because they are of a different sexual orientation...

Just because a gay person is involved in a crime doesnt mean its a hate crime, no matter which side is the victim.
Same with any race, gender, or any other group.



edit: someone asked if it seems like there are a lot of gay people on BG, well personally i find it much easier to be 'out' on the interweb, i am not out irl.
i dont know if that holds true for others but it does for me, just thinking maybe thats why it seems like there are more than you encounter irl

I can understand your point there, even though I came out on both at the same time. That was really only because my best friend also played FFXI, so if I came out on FFXI, then he would know and I'd basically be coming out IRL as well. I did make posts on other forums about it that he didn't go to, though.

And it seems to me like there are just a lot more gays in FFXI in general than I see in other games or meet IRL. In all of my HNMLS's, they've always seemed to be about 25% gay or bi.

And why aren't you out IRL yet? I don't know if you're feeling the same way that I did before I came out or not, but it really isn't that bad. Actually, it was the happiest day of my life; one of the only events in my life where I'm able to remember the exact date that it happened. Yea, i live in the south, not a good idea, and i'm not one of those 'my life is falling apart because of this secret' gays
i'm perfectly content with keeping it a secret.
Also i have one family member that is openly homophobic, and it would probably break my grandmothers heart if i told her (she is old-fashioned).
Being in the closet doesnt hurt me personally, maybe it bothers others but not i.
