if your cRatio is moderately more than ~1/33rd of your damage value, then the osode will be 'better' if accuracy is unchanged. a level 75 monk using destroyers is, what.. 40? (and you cap fstr at ~100) so if your cRatio is about 1.21 or better and your accuracy is >92% and your strength is below ~100-105 you should 'probably' be using osode instead from a strict damage output perspective.
of course, I don't know how often a monk should expect to have all of that, but I imagine that a build focusing on high attack and accuracy but less strength gear might approach that in some circumstances.
