In regards to Cuchulain's Mantle I should be using them to TP in on BLU/COR right? Even with 8/8 sword merits and sushi?

Also, is there any improvement to my COR slug shot build? I feel like there's something better I could use for legs.

What are decent WAR WS hats for RR/SC/KJ if N.Head/Orc SCNM helm aren't an option? I have Optical, G.Kabuto, and Askar available at the moment.

Edit: I'll have no GAxe merits for what that's worth.

Adaman Celata and Unicorn Cap are acceptable choices. G.Kabuto for SC, obviously.

If you're using a full on haste build I would use Cuchu for COR TP, even with capped sword merits and sushi, without Hunter's my hit rate is never quite as high as I'd like it.

Mahatma, by far. They'll do essentially the same damage on tier 3s and give you some degree of free m.acc.

Enkidu's Subligar has similar damage stats as relic, and the Store TP is helpful in shaving off a hit.

I was just talking about the degree of +acc on Evoker's Spats with a SMN friend of mine. It doesn't seem like anyone's parsed it to see how much acc it actually has, which isn't very useful. Would just go herder's > evoker's spats > oracle's braconi because at least you can see the +5 smn skill which = +5 acc basically. By the time you're 75 you should be capped on acc with good smn skill+ gear anyway.

Sorry if this has been asked before. and i'm pretty sure the answer is sword strap but i figured i'd ask just to be sure. But which is better. Sword strap (-3% delay) or Pole Grip for fortitude axe zerging (i know i know.... get kclub/mkris/ridill but i cannot do that sadly because i'm poor and don't camp HNMs)

im sure any 1H with full merits and max possible haste + left over acc gear will even hit 95% with sushi on famous mobs like mamools. Unless you gave up all haste slots for acc, then its all wrong.....

my nin is usually 91-92% acc with full usu + sushi using foragers on mamools(damn warmups + flash maybe)

I don't know if this has been disproven a la tungi double attacking, but the claim is that there is no STR cap on gendawa+1.


I don't do ffxi maths (so it could be that there is no fSTR cap or some such) but however that factors in and whatever the cap is for rng benefitting from STR.. I don't know. I just remember an old LS leader saying this was a good item and this was why. For all I know, all this got changed with the original RNG nerf, it's been that long since I was last in that LS
