I'm sitting at WAR 65 now, and I've been considering leveling it again. Now my question is simple, since I don't seem to have any luck with drops, what would be my best option instead of kitty pants when I reach that level, at least until I can get my hands on them?

I do have AFv2 (lawl) and Aurum legs, if those are any good. Or is there an AHable option I should look at? Basically, what do you wear on WAR if you don't have Byakko's?

Use Barone pants at 70, and Aurum at 72+ until you get Haidate. The gains from 7acc will most likely out weigh the loss of attack.

It's my understanding that Kaiser's def will help you take less damage when blocking and Terror's HP will lower the rate of enmity loss(when getting hit or overall?). If those are correct it's pretty much a wash isn't it? I'd REALLY like to know since there's a Kaiser for sale now and they don't show up often.

The HP+ only changes CE lost when damage is dealt to you. Kanican - Enmity Table (Damage Taken) indicates that as max HP rises, the effect of additional HP+ decreases in terms of reducing CE loss.

Terror's Enmity +4 will increase overall Enmity gain by 4%, but Kaiser has this exact same stat.

I would go with the Kaiser Shield - more DEF, more VIT, other things are negligible. Both shields should have the same block rate, since both are size 3, and as you said, Kaiser should reduce damage taken by 1.5% more than the Terror Shield.

Askar Dirs are decent too, good chunk of acc, that's what I'm looking at to try and get to hold over for TP/Raging Rush until we can get back to Sky as I don't have Aurum myself.

Would the +7 acc outweigh the out the -18 atk, assuming it allows me to go with flame ring, triumph earring and warwolf for the extra str? Or would I still need assualt earring/ulthalam's/potent to stack acc?

Using both fire bomblet and bomb core is pretty cool and unique.

If you use Optical Hat over Wyvern Helm there and change Ulthalam's to a STR ring, it would be a better combination than what you're currently using.

As for Aurum vs Black... it's Guillotine so shit's situational, but steer away from using Warwolf Belt in particular... it's a very poor offensive tradeoff for the deficit of accuracy. I'd try to incorporate Black Cuisses just because they're so powerful if I at all could though.

You basically want to try to hit around 400 acc on your guillotine macro before you start adding in +str/atk gear.

o.hat is a better choice than wyvern helm. I would only consider not using o.hat when you get n.head. And then, it's still situational based on eva of mob.

potent is sex for guillo, use it over warwolf.

I would only use a str ring if it was raja's; otherwise 2x acc rings or raja's/acc ring.

Would also leave assualt/brutal on ears.

And just for clarification, use fire bomblet over bomb core full time.

With that setup you should be able to use black legs np.

I really liked Boreas, definitely preferred them over Impact Knuckles. I can't comment on the Mythril +1s.

If you have access to the ashu talif, these are pretty good. You'll get some money along the way, if you end up farming it.
