haub +1 larger improvement but matters how much you like sam really, I got it over toreader since I use sam alot.

oh I see my bad. But acc isnt really linear either due to lower and upper cap. for example a lv 1 char will have 20% chance of hitting a besieged mob. but gearing it with +150 acc won't make him capped on acc (if it was even possible).

Its linear within the lower and upper caps though, and look at it from any realistic scenario (a level 1 char won't be fighting besieged mobs) you will always be above the lower cap and if you're reaching the upper cap you already know you're doing it right.

I'm currently trying to shuffle around some funds to gear up new jobs and I keep going back and forth about whether or not I should sell my 2nd toreador's ring. As of right now I go with rajas/toreador for my 2h weapon jobs and use 2x toreador for thf,nin, and if I dual wield on war. I recently bought a cuchalain mantle also so now i'm really on the fence as to what rings I should use for my dual wield jobs. I'm really just looking for input as to whether going full acc on the rings is better, or if the dex/str/stp is likely to give better performance? I would parse it myself but I play on 360 so I don't have access and Eye ball parsing is never accurate so any help is appreciated.

always have priority for your jobs, like Creamsoda. it makes it a lot easier when meriting, gearing up, and investing gil into jobs.

Accuracy calculators help if you don't have a parser also, the only problem is you have to know the mobs evasion and level.

Best mix and match of ws gear for Savage Blade / Death Blossom? Trying to pump up my dmg output while soloing in campaign. No Salvage gear, those bitches hate me.

I haven't found a really 'good' set since it's hard to raise acc, attack, and STR on RDM in the same slots...I use the following, output isn't as high as I'd like but it's consistent at least:
Optical/Thunder Gorget/Hollow/Brutal
Assault Jerkin/Tarasque/Flame/Woodsman
Amemet+1/Potent/Dusk/Dusk(sold my Ogre Ledelsens, those or HQ would be ideal)

really it's not an impressive WS damage-wise, it's much better than Savage at least, and the SC properties are great.

Savage Blade is just a fail WS, never unlocked Death Blossom as any time I melee on RDM I mainhand dagger, Evisceration is the shit!

For mainhand I have Corsair's Knife. I love the delay on Hornetneedle teamed with my Rapparee, Bravo Sub., and my Swift Belt.

But the ATK and ACC+ on Bone+1 is enticing.

So...

Offhand Hornetneedle or Bone Knife +1?

P.S. I like big damage, would offhanding a knife with ATK +5 and two more base damage make that big of a difference? Help me out here guys.

For me DB is great for campaign because it's at least better than doing Savage. It gives me the option to go /whm for RR because everyone seems to /dnc anymore (though it seems that half the people that do campaign are rdm or pld). I have no problem capping my xp/minute, but the bonus with DB is that things like gigas won't resist enspells and stuff.

I think at 55 the difference will be so small or irrelevant that I would rather consider if I really should have shipped my brussel sprouts to those starving children in China when I was kid.
