Leaning toward Mirke on solo and SA+DE thinking that the DEX mod to DE might make it slightly better. +5 DEX +5 STR > +12 STR?

Last I saw, Magic Crit Rate doesn't affect QD. Those tests had a rather low sample size though (as pointed out in the thread), has it been shown that it does affect QD yet?

I'd assume for Sushi Voyager/Kirin for higher crit rate while needing acc w/meat for hisso/haub +1.

I could have swore I got a few soloing fort a while ago, but they might've been day procs. Regardless, what better strap is there for it atm? All you could really do is get -2 enm off of staff >_>

Getting the additional -2.5% recast would allow me to personally reach -50% timers without the second March. That is reason enough to me for FC+5 on PLD. The slightly faster cast times is just a bonus really.

-05% (Fastcast Recast from Neuvo + Homam + Loq. Earring) [Might be -6%, not sure]

A GjallarBRD can approach 12%, but most BRDs will give you a Victory March around 11%:

If the Fast Cast doesn't add up to enough, I guess you could use a Blitz Ring >.> I'd test it to see if it capped recast, but I'm not sure I know anyone who has the Nuevo, Homam legs, and Loq.

Casting MND Debuffs in MND or casting in Skill + MAcc + MND everywhere else.

My MND Debuff set is mainly Skill Followed by MAcc followed by MND in slots I haven't got skill or acc for, but I read a few posts recently indicating I should just be stacking on MND.

As much MND as you can wear while still having enough skill to reliably land your spells. In many many places, just merits and HQ staff will be sufficient for accuracy(and for limbus/dyna/trash mobs, you can use mythic wand+1 or mistill/muse tariqah too and still be fine).

You're comparing 3 attack and roughly 3 ACC to 4 attack and 4 ACC... why? For the record, both rings are fucking crap. The one thing Headsman's ring at least provides is pretty blue numbers.
