Its more to do with the rest of you gear set and race.

If you have a high base damage set and race (taru and lots of INT gear) then Goliard will probably do better.

If you have low base damage set (either an Elvaan or using a very high MAB build) then Yigit will probably do better.

Pick your spell, Find your INT and MAB point (you need to allow for the +24 for /rdm) for each hand option... that's your damage verses Flans in Mount Z.

Now the question becomes are the +kick attack damage boots worth it over the 3% haste from sarutobi kyahan?

I'm sure it won't make a huge difference either way, but before kick attacks 2 and higher damage from dune boots, is it worth sacrificing 3% haste for the +damage on kicks?

I think when you get Kick Attacks II at 71, switching over to dune will be wise, but until then, use the Sarutobi.

kick wo/kick boots: 33
kick w/wulong +1's (highest available): 63

kick rate: 5%

100 attack rounds as /nin: 200 punches + 5 kicks

no kick boots: 9,765 damage
kick boots: 9,915 damage

Improvement from kick shoes: +1.5%

100 attack rounds as /war: 220 punches + 5 kicks

no kick boots: 10,725 damage
kick boots: 10,875 damage

Improvement from kick shoes: +1.4%


Fumas with no other haste: +3%
Fumas with brown belt and Haste spell: +4%


So compared to pure +kick damage shoes, fumas are clearly better. With something like the Seikenshi Habaki it's a little fuzzier, mainly because I don't have the +kick damage they provide handy. However the +accuracy they give is a nice general bonus to go with the extra kick damage, and could put them roughly on par with fumas.

well assuming something like colibiri as base line for Acc w/elvaan sam/war would 62+29 dex and +29 acc in gear if full merits and hasso up is 396 acc[89% acc on higher lvl G. Colibiri], you need an addition +12 acc to cap on them, of course will vary some w/mob.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't have bought WuLong+1's, it would have been the NQ or Shikenshi, but for now I'll just stick to Sarutobi.

That being said, once I hit 75, my TP setup will look something like:

At that point, does the damage from dunes outdo the haste from fuma/sarutobi. 18% haste + dunes or 21% haste? I would assume the dunes, especially with kick attack merits, yes?

Grab a tiphia sting. Then buy noritsune kote. Go for fuma. Use minuet earring, and a hollow earring. Brutal of course sometime.
