While I love and stick by my tomoe, I wouldn't use that as a reason because even if you need 6 (or 7 hits even) to get 100 tp, I'm pretty sure you're still going to gain tp faster and ws more with the halberd.

pretty sure tomoe woudl break my 5 hit build into a ghetto 5 hit. I'm getting 20.1 TP/hit with engetsuto atm.

i do 1k-1.5k with halberd, and shit hits so fast with march x2 + haste that i dont need a XX-hit build setup/weapon.
oh and my polearm isnt even capped.

but i never tried tomoe/engetsuto

The reason I've never tried halberd is because with - tomoe - black tathlum is like 9 acc down the shitter, but if i didn't have tathlum and was sporting eng, then i'd give the halberd a shot

Halberd has 7 dex on it, so you're only losing like 4 acc.
