I agree, and outside of Penta, I think Toreador's is better than Iota...that being said, between the fact that it's .75 dex/acc, the Iota helps parry/eva, and potentially gives a little more crit, it is very hard to justify dropping 3mil on Toreador for such a minor upgrade.

My main point is while you consider ampoules non-refundable and thus wasted, I, as well as many others who don't want to fuck with the nyzul relics, consider gil far more valuable than ampoules.

in your situation you're right not to want one >.> but that's because you already have a toreador's and are aiming for the relic.

if either of those isn't true there's not alot of reason not to pick up an Iota eventually. (it's between 6 and 11 runs btw, depending on which wings you're doing at the time)

Well yes then, I can agree with you there, but for the record, I didn't spend any gil on Tor ring, lol. I solo'd my drop in ENM as mnk using meds I eared from Serekt solo's while farming rings for gil.

Generally for THF, wouldn't the best AH dagger /NIN, paired with Sirocco Kukri, be Harpe until I can afford to get a Blau?
Currently level 64, but I'll be leveling fast, once I got the stuff I need.

I'm not a THF but I'd use Behemoth+1, Magnet knife, or one of the good Jambiya's before Harpe.

I'm not a blu but i think enkidu's subligar(sombody in my ein ls uses it, but meh) or vendor slops?(the 25 HP/MP and 4-5 acc?)

Prince's slops (mp +30 and +5 accuracy) or Voluteer's brais (buy them with IS: 25 mp and +6 accuracy, and 100 mp in besieged).
Enkidus are better for physical spells or ws imo, along with rutter sabatons(sp) and the leg piece that the flan ZNM drops.

Denali/Morrigan also, but situational.

Edit: I think m.acc only works for magical blue spells and not physical, not sure, can anyone confirm/deny this?

I can definitely say as soon as I get Robe I'll NPC the ol' weskit. Inventory is way way way too tight on BLM. If only they'd be kind enough to put MND+10 and enfeebling+12 on it so we could get rid of a couple other body pieces, we'd be set...

I personally would take the Oracles over NQ Weskit, I still believe that the skill -> MAcc formula follows the 1 skill = .9 MAcc post 200 skill, but per usual, this is completely unproven and we don't know exactly how MAcc works out as of now...however if it will save an inventory spot, I can tell you for sure you won't see a noticeable difference in resists between either piece.

I have a Genie Weskit and Mahatma Houppelande though, so it gets stuck doing Dark Magic macro duty. But I've never seen another one, so for now I like the Chausible BLM look. haha

On that note... for Dark Magic spells (Drain Aspir in particular), would you use Oracle's Robe (Macc+6) or Goliard Saio (Haste+4%) ? I'm kind of torn because I like my haste / enmity- build for dark spells, really cuts down my aspir timer (swift belt / nashira turban / goliard saio / novia earring etc), if I give up the goliard saio that increases my recast a bit, but ooo that'd save another inventory space... XD I think I'll use Oracle's Robe for dark spells too.... +2 Inventory GOGO!
