Yeah I would never try Smiloden +1... ever I think SE released that so people could easily identify noobs.

thats what we have nq amemet for >_>;
Ugh Byrnie +1. If you aren't concerned with your ACC get an Askar Korazin it will increase your damage more than Byrnie +1 on WS's. Otherwise stick to the standard Hauby +1 full time approach and you won't be dissapointed.
I have Osode and would also like to get an askar body but don't have a nyzul static atm.
DRK KClub zerging ring slot, request some input rating the following rings please.
Bloodbead Ring
Toreador's Ring
Blitz Ring
Divisor Ring
I don't have a couple of these, but would be nice to know which I should probably shoot for. Thanks in advance.
Edit:If it helps, I'm a Taru and I eat squid sushi, most of the time I go /nin (rarely /mnk).
BQ + Blood is way to go if you use sushi. there isnt many mobs that require sushi for KC zerg tho>.>. JoL meybe
It depends on whether you're getting SV Madrigals / Feint. If the mob is feinted go all out on HP for rings. You shouldn't be using sushi if you have feint or SV madrigals, use HP food.
WS gorgets pretty much always unless its something like Justice Torque for SAM/DRK WS, or Love Torque for THF/DRG WS.
Justice torque has the benefit of providing ATT/ACC from the GKT skill and also fSTR and fTP from the STR on the torque. Personally I've never seen data from anywhere that says that one will out do the other but it would be my opinion that the Justice Torque should out perform the WS Gorgets on WS damage however they might have slightly less ACC than Gorgets.
took me 1.5month to get drg from 15-75 and I'm stuck on t2 merit choices...
I've already decided to max DB, but can't decide what else to do.
I have 2 merits in Angon , are Strafe & Empathy worth meriting to max?
Use drg for everything, but only on HNM about half the time, salvage, solo, merit,
Yigit Gages vs. Zenith Mitts for RDM nuking? (And possibly BLM? though I always assumed Zenith win on BLM)
they are pretty equal on mobs where int is not capped. either is fineYigit Gages vs. Zenith Mitts for RDM nuking? (And possibly BLM? though I always assumed Zenith win on BLM)
zenith has more mp and prob 1-2 more dmg
yigit has some possible magic accur from the 5 int
I'm pretty sure the gorgets are still better (I don't feel like doing all the math, but 0.1fTP is a big deal; to give you an idea this is 33% of the hagun bonus, basically) and superior acc will in general outperform moderate amounts of attack until your acc is basically capped.
Sea Gorget should beat out any Torque (I think, but haven't actually looked) except for Love on any WS the job has, with 1 exception: Multi-hit WSes that you are capped on accuracy for, and cannot make use of the extra 3.7 accuracy you get from the gorget (don't forget you can drop accuracy elsewhere for stat gain).
For a samurai, the gorget fTP mod is a ~5.3% increase in damage.
In general, 1 str is roughly equal to 1 base damage for Sam WSes (a little under that perhaps, .25+.62=.87, but also gives .75 attack). 5 str, for a nearly naked Samurai (Hume sam/war at 75 have a base str of 70 without merits) with a Hagun is an increase of 5/150, or 3.3%. 7 attack at 400 attack (if your Sam is this low on attack, you have some issues also) is 1.75%.
So even nearly naked with a Hagun, the gorget is giving you a larger percent increase that the torque, which is THE IDEAL SITUATION FOR THE TORQUE. In reality, you have higher than 75 str while WSing (perhaps 115ish) and higher than 400 attack (should be ~600ish with food and a single song?). This is going to be closer to 2.6%+1.2% as opposed to the 5+% from the gorget. This is also not counting accuracy at all, which the gorget wins quite clearly. Also, if you are a Sam -not- using a Hagun, the gorget is a 6.5% increase.
Anyway, as far as other Torques, Love stands alone because a: it is more accuracy than a gorget on multi-hit, b: all the multi-hits for it use the stat as a modifier as well, and c: the ftp mod is first hit only. In fact, for single hit polearm skills, the gorget still beats out love, but Love beats the gorget for Penta due to how small of a factor the ftp modifier is on a 5 hit attack.
