Sieryu's Kote for Crossbow and Crimson Finger Gauntlets for Bow on RNG.
Am I doing it right or wrong?

Thanks! Yea, BQ ring was a given, but was questionable on the 2nd slot. I was mainly looking for a definitive answer for BQ/Blitz vs. BQ/Bloodbead as I do not have Bloodbead and was wondering if I would need to camp it.
For RDM nuking, Yigit will always win I believe. On BLM, Zenith will win for AM 2, and maybe even Tier 4 iirc, assuming unresisted.
Ty Amele, was going to say that, but without all of the nice neat mathematical explanations.
Sea Gorgets rock for EVERYONE, with Penta/DE/EV being the exceptions if you've got a Love Torque.
I prefer Justice Torque over Soil Gorget or whatever for Guillotine personally~
I'd use CFGs on both WSs, AGI is a lolmod... even 15AGI barely changes anything and due to the nature of ranged attack greatly increasing ranged damage potential after the 0.9~1.1 cRATIO range, I would use CFGs over Kote in nearly any case.
Why are RNG Scout's feet better than Rutter Sabatons? With fSTR being double the effect on Ranged Attacks they'd be like comparing 6 STR to 10 Attack on a melee, ignoring the fact Ranged Attacks also have a higher pDIF due to half the level correction, aswell as 3 STR giving a bit of Ranged Attack (I assume, it's very hard to prove either way). I don't see them being better and if so not by very much at all.
It depends on alot of factors; Like how much damage your nukes do on RDM and how much MAB you have and what you are nuking. The more damage your RDM nukes do, the more MAB will do for you. Zenith are generally better for nuking imo, personally I use Morri Cuffs though and they would be the best.
Yigits for RDM nukes all the way IMO, but I also am in the boat that believes INT affects accuracy.
My own: Errant Slops vs. Denali Kecks for Magic Hammer?
Maneater/Ridill vs Organics/Ridill for DRK vs regular mobs in Nyzul. My DRK has 8/8 Sword merits, 0 axe merits. Also have Fortitude torque (and no p charm, using Chiv Chain atm). So with merits+suppa I have 21 more sword skill, 28 counting the torque.
This would be on boss runs where I'm co-tanking so not doing /SAM.
tbh we always use /SAM or SAM co-tanks, I would almost still take that if you're comfy with /SAM tanking in general...though even /NIN I'd probably still take Scythe over dual-wielding something else. Though I guess for your question, if you have higher Sword skill than Axe skill take Organics.
50THF for SA/TA belt: Swordbelt +1 (12 atk) or RG Belt (+2 DEX +2 AGI). Assume sushi and probably no bard.
And while we're at it, is Hornetneedle really better than Corsair's Knife?
Damage difference is typically 0-2 damage on tier4 for BLM. Most of the time mab5 gloves win over yigit by this kind of damage. There are a few configurations of INT and mab (and monster's INT..) however where yigit beats mab5. For exemple this can be a typical setup for a BLM elvaan (replace morrigan slops by mahatma and the boomerang by phantom lol)
yigit http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z...hann/yigit.jpg = 1377 damage.
mab5 (morrigan gloves in this case) http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z315/pchann/mab5.jpg = 1375 damage
Aaaammeeelllleeee...Askar Zucchetto vs. W.Turban for TP, 12% haste not counting head slot, DRG w/ full polearm merits.
you need to give me more than that haha.
how much total dex/acc excluding headslot and what are you fighting? are you using hasso?
anyway; generally, if you're at more than 405~ acc excluding head; the turban is going to be better on everything common that isn't a ninja or thief.
otherwise, zucchetto should outperform.
Grips grips grips...
What's the generally preferred one to use (for WAR)? Pole grip? At 64 WAR I've got that and Sword Strap, but I'm currently using the strap in conjunction with Patroclus' Helm and Swift Belt (swap to Life with Aggressor down n' such if needed).
Static'ing with a BRD + COR, so I usually have Min/March and Hunters/Fighters using meat and all. WAR/NIN as I'm dual tanking with another WAR/NIN.
Or is this one of those things where there's no real wrong answer as long as you have a grip with melee stats on it?
The main thing I could see with the Sword Strap is slightly lower TP gain, but I'm not set up to push for a 6-hit or anything yet anyway.
Pole Grip.
