Wilbur from Kujata was upgrading his Relic Horn a long time ago. Don't think he ever made it to Gjallar. I think he stopped at Stage 4. Is the Genie weskit signed by CHanning or Wilbur? He made a couple of Genie weskits back on Kujata.

From what i understand he used to have a 75whm on kujata. And then bought wilbur. played his cards on kujata until it was found out that it's not the original and then moved. Screwed over some people before he did this and now is in your linkshell.

Not as good as the drama on Alexander but it's getting there.
