That would be what I play at if I could figure out wtf is wrong with my video card/monitor/drivers since 1440x900 is no longer an option in the screen resolution menu even though it's supposed to beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ARGH. ; ;Originally Posted by Shuemue

This Athalon 2400+ sure isn't as fast as it used to be.
1280x800 on the laptop and 1280x720 on the projector (the projector is more fun but you get tired of always playing in a dark room) -> 85" image.

1280x1024 on a 1920x1200, that way I can read internet pages while I have ffxi in focus, plus I can PIP my 360Can PBP them too, but then it makes mozilla hard to read.
1920x1200 For foreground res.
3840x3840 for background res.
'tis the shit.
Shadows = normal
Weather = on
Footsteps = on
Most everything = on.

I got these drivers for XP too, yay no more lag on songs and firaga 3.Originally Posted by Talisien
Except now I got another problem that I had before with another set of nvidia drivers and didn't know how to solve then either. Whenever I alt-tab to another program, my FFXI screen behind it freezes up to where the other program is horizontally on my screen, above the other program it's refreshed, but not below it. It isn't a complete problem since I can refresh the screen fully whenever I go over my taskbar with my mouse even with the other program alt-tabbed, but it's still slighty annoying. Anybody know how to fix this? Friend of mine on the same drivers doesn't have the problem. Is it some setting in the nvidia control panel I need to adjust? Any help is aprreciated.
I go with 1536x960 on a 1600x1200 desktop, then a 1536x1536 background res. I could probably run more fullscreen but I like having a bar of ~200 pixels on the bottom to stick winamp or AIM windows and so forth in.
