We later found out it was actually someone from a rival HNM LS (Vanquish) who reported him.
The person who did so was Leggo.
I actually found a picture of him on FFXIplayers.

Why would you assume that this person is white, there's many light skinned black people or mixed people. You just sound like you're a racist person all around really. Anyways the argument in the chatlogs are very weak, don't /say hurtful things when you're in the vicinity of competition.

That's sorta why SE created /tells so you can have private conversations with another player. If you're harassing another player do it in /tell. The most out of a GM that you can get is a warning call or the GM will just tell the player on the other end to Blist you to prevent any of your harassment. I've seen people get pulled into jail for a couple minutes for spamming stupid things at HNM camps with /say, and filling up people's chatlogs with spamed emotes.

On a final note, you should also remember when talking to GMs is never admit to your wrong doing before hand, and during your incarceration.
