Quietus has been around for years, that movie is recent.

He chose it because it's the name of a Roman emperor (or maybe he was a leader that wanted to be emperor, I can't remember) at some point in the past.

afaik, the drop rate on the ribbon is as crappy as the ring, making it a semi dorp. while it may not be as valuable or prestigious as a vivian's ring, it's still rare, and it has the highest resist values on the head slot for most, if not all elements w/o getting a lolflawlessribbon, though the green ribbon+1 is almost as good and cheap as dirt.
