Our PLD don't really want m.body (all of 'em have Valor), and we have umpteen people with THF, WAR, or DRG75 who want n.legs

Eh it went to one of our more dedicated campers and he's been waiting a bit on them, plus most of us think Mbody's just a crappy piece (sure we have like uh... 12 but still)

Am I the only one who sees nid's drops as:
E.Bd > N.Lg > A.Bd > Beard > M.Bd

A.Bd I find is only a worthwhile piece for rdm's with duelist chapeau to take advantage of an innate 2mp/tick refresh.

Eh, I'm o nthe same boat except maybe put N. Legs on the same lvl as E. Body. Story might be different now with 2hand update, but before theo nly diference between E. Body and Haub+1 was 5 att and 5 acc (as opposed to a +20 att boost for WS on one piece from N. Legs).

Utility-wise though you wear an adaberk full time on any job you have wearing it, whereas N legs is an awesome WS piece but only a WS piece.

Wasn't there some loldebate about how having less Dex sucked because it made you crit less on the hits or something (I don't profess to be a WAR expert).

While 8 DEX is obviously less than 15 DEX, you're comparing a possible crit to an assured +20 ATT dmg boost. Crits are definitely the difference maker in Rampage, but 8 DEX is still a healthy sum and you can't disregard the absolute influence from +att.

Forget Warrior, though, N.Legs are fucking sick for THF. Such an incredible piece.

I don't have N legs, my only nid item is Ebody.

With the new update I decided to dust off my Summoner and go merit to see what changed. Styphlet, Lhexeh, Rukenshin2 and I went to Deco Weapons to try out my Claustrum and how it's affected by the new boost 2-handers got. I ate Hydra Kofte+1 which brought my attack to 987 before zerk and made my total damage contribution about 52%.

Besieged

We got Volunteer's Khud and Evoker's Gages. Hooray! Lhexh already has the HQ version so I got to loot Mercenary's Subligar to test as part of my Petrify resist set versus Medusa. The results speak for themselves.

Medusa attacks. Rukenshin takes 12 damage.
Hydra attacks. Critical Hit! Rukenshin takes 14 damage.
Medusa attacks. Rukenshin takes 0 damage.
Rukenshin falls to the ground.
Rukenshin uses Mijin Gakure. Medusa takes 26 damage.
Medusa was defeated by Rukenshin2.
You find a water crystal on Medusa.
You find a Medusa's armlet on Medusa.
You find a Medusa's armlet on Gurfurlur the Menacing.
You find a pair of Mercenary's Dastanas on Medusa.
You find a Ridill on the Medusa.

Yeah.. I'm sitting on 4 pairs of legs that I've had for 3 weeks now that wont sell. Doubt the -1 is really worth it imo
