Yesterday was a good day for us with 3 uncontested HNMs and a race for Khimaira (which we won).

The best part is, the defending ring went to someone who only has blu and rdm

It was Freelotted after some Jps outlotted the LSs tanks (dont ask me why they didnt just kick them), so to save it going to some jp stranger everyone in their LS lotted ><

The lootpool was absolutely loaded aside from the D ring also, 2x abj 2x hide, shining cloth, tongue.

In conclusion... Flailing a Nidhogg.. MPKing everyone in dragons aery and (barely) killing a 55+ min KB back-to-back = loaded KB lootpool.

They had their own party of people, so we couldn't kick them. The guy who got it is apparantly leveling Ninja now...

The jp's slowed us down alot. At 95% some of them warped to change jobs to make the fight go faster, and didnt' manage to get back for about 30 minutes. We didn't kick them during the fight because of the relations with our linkshell and linkshell leaders. We also didn't know this freelot thing was a common jp practice. Apparently, they do it to keep drama from happening (lol). Also, from what we've been told, a cure bomb on us caused the flail. I wasn't online for it because I disconnected when it popped, came back to die immediately to a flail.

Honestly the whole KB thing really isnt something I personaly would be proud of, flee hacking got you your kill and ultimatley a wasted d ring.

If you were alliance leader and there were 3 parties, /acmd kick. I'm pretty sure you don't lose drops as long as you retain an alliance after kicking their PT.

If you didn't know the answer for sure, would you risk a defending ring on it?

Just set quartermaster to the tank and have him pass the item, he will obtain it.

Are you really risking anything when it's freelotted to a RDM/BLU? I'm 99% sure you would retain the drops if the alliance isn't disbanded; one would hope that out of everyone there, someone would know.

It sucks seeing this knowing that the person that deserves a Dring the most on the server (I'd even venture to say all servers) still doesn't have after 4 years. It's funny seeing a lot of the drama and stuff around it though, funny to the point of disappointing. But I guess this is what makes the game so good and bad at the same time - "random" chance.

It's the same way in life, as well. Just because you think someone probably earns a pay increase or this type of relationship doesn't mean they will often get it. I didn't exactly read the how the BLU and RDM char got the Dring but kinda pathetic. But, honestly, what can you do?
