For the NIN gear I have a few comments, it looks good but unless you're eating meat on mamool it looks like you're overcompensating a bit, my suggestions, and thats all they are are this:

Head -> Shura, unless lurker / no madrigal + meat / etc

Hands -> Are those O/H Kote? If so, dusk gloves TP AF+1 WS, Kote for WS if no limbus, but really TPing in O/H Kote is going to hurt you in the end. If they're N kote, again unless you're being deprived of madrigal and fighting lurkers I'd say you could tone it down a bit.

Ranged -> Keep the sting if you can't afford a bomblet, I've never been a big fan of the core on NIN, but bomblet is one of my favorite NIN pieces, and there's not much that could ever convince me to sell it

Rings look good, belt looks good, back is fine neck is fine, I use hope torque but I clearly don't expect everyone to have that

Feet -> I personally have a thing against rutters, some like them, I don't, if they work for you that's cool but I assume you're hume? (sig) so you have literally the best WS feet in the game for NIN barring usukane as your RSEv2 and I macro Koga feet for night WS personally - marine feet are from an easy and very profitable BC60 so no loss there XD

I mean overall, you've got the right idea clearly, and even if you don't make any changes you'll still be fine, but those are just a few things that jumped out at me if you'd like to tweak^^

Thanks for the suggestions, I was never a fan of base stats and am pretty broke but have been pondering the RSE2 Boots, especially for Drk now that its being lvled. Hand wise, I love Okotes, Its been debated on here and ended in Okote=Dusk without Spell Recast and some people think AF+1 is the best WS hand I generally disagree. The funny part about that is I threw those Okote on AH before you posted to buy Dusk Gloves for the recast, and I'll probably get Tekko+1 next for a DEX build or cheap WS hand.
As for the head, I'm very close to getting Usukane Somen and honestly will probably just full time WS and TP in that. Also not willing to drop 500k on a Dlog and spend points on Dhead.
