    I'm not a crafter, but furniture + npc buff? No idea what the number are, but I cant think of anything else.

    +1 from guild furniture item
    +3 from advanced synthesis

    Then that makes sense.... I was a little confused at 100+6 since any crafter can get advanced synthesis...
