They never said they were going to nerf TP burns. The closest to anything like that that SE said is they will have to have job adjustments when they release the new jobs.

This was in reference to the new expansion, and BLM's I don't even believe were mentioned. It was a misinterpretation of changes being made when the new jobs are introduced.

In higher levels, a balanced party setup that skillchains and magic bursts struggles to gain experience points in comparison to a heavy melee party, which can kill enemies much faster and quicker. An
experience point bonus to successful Skillchains could help a more balanced setup of players earn levels and merits. Do you have plans to make skillchain/magic burst parties more attractive?

::lots of commotion between them:: This is very long answer, but the jist of if is, yes we realize that right now some people cannot get parties right now because it is easier for melee parties to kill monsters, and so we are thinking about doing some adjustments. There will be an overhaul when the new jobs come out because we want to make them balanced with the others. We will also balance the existing jobs to work with those. When that balance occurs, there will be some adjustments made, and hopefully that will make some of the other jobs more attractive and alleviate some of the melee parties. By doing these types of adjustments, we will have to make some of the monsters stronger.

If you read what is NOT bolded it appears that they plan on buffing up most jobs so that mobs will need to be stronger, but they don't even talk about what mobs. The response is clearly in reference to the expansion, and the "some mobs" leads me to think that if they make all the jobs stronger they will have to make NM's and HNM's stronger. It is a pretty huge assumption that this is referencing nerfing TP burns.

On the theory of glory crown, more then likely we'll see a second ring. IIRC the crown was given by the Older brother, who we found out was evil. Doubt he'd give us somethin good. Crown will probly be related story wise, but not item wise.

Probably not; SE usually doesn't put more of a load on themselves between a 5 month period.

Assuming they're aiming for Black Friday, they have about 3 months. Between every patch, new info is released every 2-4 days, spanning usually the course of 3 weeks and then a week of wait before the patch lands. This puts the patch right in the last week of August. So basically, all of September, October, and November MAY see a little bit of attention, but I doubt it'd be anything big - patches are typically 3 months+ apart. This would just mean that SE had more content that players had less time to finish (and not to mention, I doubt they'd want to spend the money to produce another patch with WOTG right around the corner)
