Nope, never tanked Byakko. I've used some old friend's PLD/NIN to tank various HNMs before though. Leveling my own PLD currently now

Yeah, /nin tanking is all about keeping hate and haste. A blm/nin is just a nin/drk without last resort and access to 1 more sleep.

Nice job, but I'd be pissed at my linkshell for being that slow to paralyna me.

From Vid all I can see is Terra's Staff/Turban/Nashira Manteel
Would guess also using Cheviot Cape/Umbra cape maybe Sorcerer's Earring for -30% dmg taken if you happen to get that low.
Looked like he only hit u for 180ish dmg a few times when shadows weren't up.

I think I might try this, I've got a decent haste setup, mag/loq, I'm still debating back slot, rings, and neckpiece.
Terras, nashira manteel, yigit hands, yigit legs, yigit feet, swift belt, wala turban, fenrir stone, mag/loq so far. a brd for double march and proper whm/rdm support it looks fun.

Edit: lol gaiters has more eva than yigit feet, I don't have nash feet for lol 1% haste, is any other feet really gonna be better?
