UCS-60514 Payment problem on eu account

Idk if this goes here exactly, but technical support seemed a little too technical and I'd never look at that forum myself unless I had a problem <.<a.

A friend of mine recently started playing on a european account as an NA player. He was able to input payment info, etc. using eu viewer and everything seemed fine, but after the monthly registration maintenace recieved the UCS-60514 error and the account has been suspended for unpaid fees. The card appears to have no problems, has space for the payments to be made, and he's repeatedly checked to make sure he typed everything in correctly. We can't figure out why the payments wouldn't be going through otherwise, though, as previously said the card seems fine and the information inputted is correct. Whenever he types it in again he just recieves that error, so I assume it's an issue with the card. Does anyone know if it's an incompatibility with an na card and a european account? Although from what I've read here people seem to be able to pay for them without any problem.

It's not my account though <,< It belonged to someone he knew who probly doesn't want the hassle of paying for an account he quit.

You can pay with a NA card. Are you sure you have enough money/credit?

Similar thing happened to me today, NA player / NA account, had 2 accts on same card, both had problems today.

Had to re-enter information several times in POL to get em working again... Same card, plenty of funds available.

I think the payment processing server is wonky today.

Some people in my LS complained about the same problem today, seems pretty random.

Yeah, I got this message the other month because my card had been somehow deactivated for suspicious activity. You might want to check with the company that it is still active. It also doesn't matter what kind of character it is or what kind of card you use.

It's not a compatibility issue with NA card/EU viewer, either. My boyfriend has used his card (NA) to pay for my account (EU) on a couple of occasions, and vice versa when I paid him back. Another friend of mine also plays using the NA POL Viewer, but lives in Europe and pays with a EU card. The only issue I've ever had with NA/EU Viewers, is that an account that was originally registered through an NA Viewer can't be edited in an EU Viewer, and vice versa. Meaning, if I wanna change my payment info for my EU account, I can't do it at my boyfriend's computer, since he has the NA Viewer installed.
