Perhaps another thing to consider, is could there be a hidden latent on charger? SE said there were still many hiddens yet to be discovered, and for tht many coins charger had better have something pimp

It has 20 atk, that's the highest of any back piece in the game, pretty sure SE in all their wisdom figured this was worth 150 coins.

I'm sure it's only latent is -150 coins, much like my lovely flawless ribbon.

there's been some recent speculation that flawless ribbon may have some utility versus AV; granted, if this is *was* true it'd be the most profane gear check I've ever seen implemented in any mmo. (let's spend ~1.5mil per member on items we'd never ever use or have even considered before going up against this nm; just in case it actually does what it really says it does.)

if this item were 75 coins it might be worth considering just to try it out; look like pimp town wear etc.

at 150 coins it's not even close.

I haven't heard anything about AV and flawless, seems incredibly stupid to me given just how weak the killer effect is and that I haven't resisted anything while wearing it....

I even put it into a nin/drk Khim tanking set to see if I could grab some extra intimidates. Even with arcane circle and flawless on I got nothing out of the ordinary. About the only real use I got out of it was my ninja's Citadel Buster build, but I run an Omega only limbus group now so it's not even good for that, probably better for me to have Genbu's Kabuto on anyway.

It truly is a horrible piece of gear.
