I'd like to ask if SE have any plans to let people change their race for a fee (like switching servers for 25 dollars with a time restriction or one time use). Or some kinda of racial merit where you can change your stats to a specific race with limit points.

I.E. A taru can do elvaan stats, where each lvl gives the taru +STR, +HP, +VIT, +MND but also gives -DEX, -MP, -INT, -AGI (people should only be able to do one race so they dont' mix and match break the game).

That's actually a good question. Ask if SE has plans to narrow the cap between races with more RSE and/or race specific merits.

Already asked but it should be asked again: Can signet be given an exp bonus? Make the exp bonus based on regional control, it'll make conquest fun.

Would they consider adding a user definable tag to items to make it so they couldn't drop them. Example: on an item you'd see D/R/E, meaning it's drop protected, rare and exclusive.

I would be interested in changing my race to taru actually.

Will we be getting more inventory space?

Will there be an increase in macro lines available to us?

Will there be an increase in the amount of magic/melee skills we can merit? (ex. Dark, Summoning, H2H etc.)

I just want them to break away from the traditonal 3 main HNM per expansion, its just not enough in today's game where everything is overcrowded even with assault, einherjar, nyzul, salvage. SE should clone fafnir, like 8 times, put nice drops(something for everyjob) on all 8 mobs while making them hard as fuck.

We really want the AV puzzle solved... but SE apparently doesn't like direct questions.

What I would do is ask for a very specific clarification of the "hints" they claim to have given us already. We want verbatim translation for 100% accuracy on the MEANINGS between the two languages. Use things like "Did you mean HP regen?" or "Did you mean a way around AV's 2hr ability wheel?" or "Did you mean the wynavs or the aerns around AV when you stated "mobs around AV"?". Things like these if they won't give us a straight-up answer themselves, will at least allow us to make more accurate conjections when making our own theories.
