If you want to make a true Haste build, then use Bravo's Subligar. And until you get Sirocco Kukri, use Hornetneedle off-hand.

Hornetneedle is a really bad dagger after level 60 since they upped the damage on daggers. The misercorde he's using now is MUCH better then a Hornetneedle imo

M. Kris for thief is 60-67 onry. Before 60 you don't need the TP since you only Viper bite once a minute (for SATA timer) and if you can't get 100 tp in 60 seconds you have other problems. Between 60-67 the DPS on M. Kris can be made up for somewhat by the increased WSs, since you can WS every 30 seconds now. However, once you get into the DPS boost at 68, a Harpe/H. Harpe will serve you much better.

I had a Colibri party a while back in which one THF was blau/sirocco and the other was blau/kris. Total damage was very close; kris thf had more WS damage, sirocco thf had more melee damage.

Didn't want to start a new thread about the actual fight for this; I've heard that this is a level capped fight, is it? If not I'd imagine that the NM couldn't be all that hard for a 75 BLM to solo.

The m.kris comes from a 20 capped event. 2 smn's can just astral flow it to win.
