Xbox "Must Have" Games.

Picking up an xbox about a year after everyone else, as I was gone with the army for a while. What game will I be woefully remorseful for not getting?
(and I realize much of that answer lay in "what do I like". I like shooter, RPG, fighter, well... anything that is fun, im open minded).

What is your must have suggestions?

Edit: Wow im loving the system. I bought Lost Planet. FFXI, and GoW. All look beautiful in 1080p 50'' plasma. I didnt get any sleep last night though >.< Im going to finish these games up then probably move to Halo and get some more. But ill rent the mentioned above and try them out. I would like to try non "first person shooter games" sometime, since thats all GoW and Lost Planet really are.

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2

I've had it a couple months now and I'm still playing several games a day.

I bought Forza 2 about a month ago and have put very limited time into it.

Mmm, if you didn't have a xbox 1, get ninja gaiden, defiantely well worth it. but 360 wise, DOA is fun, Burnout is nice but online is being ripped in nov

mmm i mean Gaiden black for the orriginal x box, it was so amazing it deserved 2 remakes and is still the best game for a system it wasn't made for

For those who have Oblivion, are the achievements amazing? I already have it on PC, but if the achievements are any good, I might try to find it used for about $20.

Also, I just got my 360 yesterday and I have Gears of War and Viva Pinata. Gears is amazing, but I'm really not interested in Viva Pinata so I might see how much I can get for it at Gamestop with it still in the plastic.

I wish that most of the good games on Xbox weren't 1st person or 3rd person shooters.

Dead Rising was good, although short.

Here's to hoping Eternal Sonata and Blue Dragon are good.

I bought DIRT recently and play it all the time, it's a total arcade racer and not some hardcore sim racer like Forza 2. Very fast-paced and addicting It's all about Rally/Off-Road vehicles and events.

If you are on the cheap, pick up some xbox 1 games that are BC... KOTOR, Jade Empire, Crimson Skies and DoA Ultimate are a lot of fun, and easily beat out most of the next-gen garbage... Oblivion is fun, not sure if it's still worth it since BioShock and Blue Dragon are coming out in a couple weeks.
