Can the old beastmen hat quests be canceled? I think at one point I just clicked yes on one to shut them up while I was zoning. I could so see SE making the whole family mutually exclusive.

Maybe Lion head/Wings on the shoulders for Khimmy, and one head on your head/one on the shoulders for Cerb/Hydra.

Take a total model redo though T.T Maybe a Tunic type piece could work.

Aside from the funny looks, I'm as excited about this (thanks to last update's incredible...yeah.... equipment) as I am about the Chocobo Circuit. Still hopeful though for some good adjustments.

C'mon, people. The usual pattern stands. Relatively "fluffy" news bits early on, the jawdroppers with the update so people don't stampede in beforehand and screw with things.

That being said, I'm not so sure I want what looks like a decapitated rat-man on my noggin. Tarutaru or no.

I think you may be misreading, they never said they are reskining old gear, just that new gear will have unique skins (or atleast recolors) instead of using old dats and tacing on new stats (ie. BRD JSE Turban -> W Turban).

Wishful thinking, im sure, but is anyone else thinking that SE just may be adding cor/blu/pup AF+1 or *gasp* "crafted" relic gear in this update?

don't think we'll see relic gear for new job till 2008 that would put the new jobs around 2years old like when the old jobs got relic. I don't ever expect to see af+1 for ToAU jobs.
