Keyboard Issues

I've been having a really annoying problem with my keyboard lately. It has been spamming the "+" key, and constantly switching from my chatlog to my status effects and back. It's on and off, and can sometimes last for a good 5-10min. Restarting my computer hasn't worked, unpluggin and replugging also hasn't been working, neither has restarting with the keyboard unplugged, then putting it in after the computer starts up. I've also tried it with another keyboard and it still does the same. Would this mean that the USB Ports have a problem?

Try using a different USB port.

Also, try finding a PS2 Keyboard (>.> NOT the playstation 2, the older round connector, often colored purple.)

If a PS2 keyboard or the other USB port works, then it's the port and your motherboard needs to be replaced. If it doesn't work still, you have an issue inside of Windows. (doing a redetect of your chipset drivers, followed by a format and reinstall if that didn't work)
