Gear is: Velocious Belt, Byakko's Haidate, Walahra Turban, Dusk Gloves, Fuma Sune-ate, Ninja Chainmail, Suppanomimi. 22% haste and 2x Dual Wield enhancement. Weapons were Unji/Perdu. Songs/spells were SV 2x march and haste. It's pretty fast, could be faster using daggers.

Unsho/Unji, W.Turban, Dusk Gloves, B.Haidate, Fuma Sune-Ate, Swift Belt, Suppa, and Koga Chainmail (even though this doesn't add any speed) Haste Spell, double March w/ GHorn gives me the pseudo effect of hundred fists. It's fun to play with except when you have to tank because I can't attack while casting shadows.

I see a lot of misinformation about haste and the NIN job. I have 20% in haste gear and my gear is no where near optimal. Slap a Speed Belt on me instead of Swift and haste is 22%. Make it Dusk+1 and it's 23%. Expensive, but very possible.

Turban = 5%
Swift = 4%
Haidate = 5%
Dusk = 3%
Fuma = 3%

20% right there from my gear.

NIN AF Chainmail would give you speed, And if you just want to go "woahmigawd I attack fast!" then use Hornetneedle/Beestinger, 2 150 delay daggers.
